Supermarket Empire ended up being more fun than I expected. You start from nothing and build an operation. The decisions feel small at first but add up over time. The difficulty curve feels fair. Nothing comes out of nowhere. Patience pays off here. Rushing usually leads to a quick death. I have replayed it more times than I would admit.
