Terms of Service

By accessing or using VPlay ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Platform hosts games and user-generated content such as comments and display names. All games available on VPlay are provided by third-party developers or are publicly available HTML5 games. VPlay does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant VPlay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the rights of others.

VPlay features a virtual currency called "Crowns." Crowns are earned through gameplay and platform engagement. By using Crowns, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Crowns have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any form of real currency.
• Crowns are non-transferable between accounts except through officially supported Platform features.
• We may modify, reset, or discontinue the Crowns system at any time without prior notice or compensation.
• Accumulation of Crowns does not create any property right, entitlement, or obligation on the part of VPlay.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform or artificially accumulate Crowns.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through comments or any other communication feature.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VPlay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We may notify users of material changes through a banner or email, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
