It is an action game, which means things move fast and you have to stay on your toes. You are running, jumping, fighting, and trying not to get caught off guard by whatever comes at you next.
A few tips I picked up: take your time on the hard levels, do not rush the first few rounds, and pay attention to what the game is actually asking you to do.
