We do not claim to be the creator or owner of the third-party games available through our platform. Our role is that of a curator and quality gatekeeper. To provide a diverse and high-quality catalog, VPlay works with authorized game distribution partners who hold proper distribution rights from game developers and rights holders.

The partners currently supplying our catalogue are PlayGama, Coral Games, Inlogic Software and HotShareGames, and we hold a signed distribution partnership with GameMonetize. Each operates under formal agreements with developers and rights holders. Under those agreements: developers grant the partner the necessary distribution and sublicensing rights; the partner warrants that all games are properly licensed for distribution through partner networks; developers confirm their content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights; and the partner maintains content moderation and formal notice-and-takedown procedures.

We confirm that the games are officially sourced and distributed under the terms of the GameMonetize Publisher Program. The content is legally fetched via the authorized GameMonetize Game Catalog API/Feed or deployed using the official GameMonetize Arcade CMS script. Partners that monetise advertising inventory on this platform are additionally declared in our ads.txt file, so the sellers authorized to sell this inventory are publicly verifiable.

VPlay operates under our partners’ Partner Terms, which grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive right to make supplied games available to players on this platform. We also work directly with independent developers and studios who submit games through our Developer Portal. Each direct submission undergoes the same review described below.

Before any technical evaluation, we confirm the game’s distribution rights. For partner-provided games, we verify that the partner holds proper distribution and sublicensing rights from the developer or rights holder. For direct submissions, we confirm that the submitting developer holds all necessary rights to the game. In both cases we review documentation to ensure the chain of rights is clear and complete.

Our technical team evaluates each game for:

Every game is reviewed to ensure it meets our content standards:

Curation does not end at publication. We maintain ongoing oversight:

• Content refresh — games that no longer meet our technical standards due to browser or device changes are updated or removed
• Community feedback — player reports and ratings are reviewed regularly, and games with consistent negative feedback are re-evaluated
• Rights renewal — we periodically verify that distribution rights remain valid and in good standing

VPlay respects intellectual property rights and maintains a formal notice-and-takedown procedure for copyright claims. Copyright holders or their authorized agents may submit a DMCA-compliant takedown notice to our designated agent at info@varygaming.com. Each claim is reviewed for completeness and validity, and valid claims result in the game being removed or access being restricted promptly.

Developers or providers who believe a removal was made in error may submit a counter-notification following standard DMCA procedures. Each of our content partners maintains its own parallel notice-and-takedown procedure, creating multiple layers of intellectual property protection.

All AI-generated content undergoes human review and editing by our editorial team before publication. Our editors verify accuracy, ensure clarity, and confirm that each description reflects the actual game. This hybrid approach allows us to provide consistent, high-quality descriptions across an extensive catalog while maintaining editorial oversight and accountability.
