Rolly Legs hands you a robot that's part ball, part biped, and asks you to figure out which one wins races. Tap to switch: curl up and you roll, fast, but blind to obstacles in your path. Stay legged and you can climb, step over gaps, and react — but you're slower doing it. The actual skill is reading the track ahead and switching shape before you need to, not after. Straightaways and downhill stretches reward staying a ball. Obstacles, slopes, and gaps need legs. Get the timing wrong in either direction and an AI opponent rolls right past you. It's a short, replayable racer — the kind of game where your fifth run is noticeably better than your first just from learning the rhythm. Play Rolly Legs free on VPlay, right in your browser.
How to Play
Tap to switch your robot between ball form (fast, can't navigate obstacles) and legged form (slower, but climbs and steps over hazards). Stay a ball on clear straightaways and downhill sections to build speed. Switch to legs before you hit an obstacle, not when you're already on top of it — that half-second of lag is usually what costs the race. Desktop: tap/click to toggle shape Mobile: tap screen to toggle shape Real tip: most players over-correct and switch to legs too early out of caution, losing speed they didn't need to lose. Watch the AI opponents — they only switch right at the obstacle, not before.
