How to Play
Step 1 — Understand the Board
You start with a 4x4 grid containing a few numbered tiles (usually 2s and 4s). Your goal is to slide tiles across the board to combine matching numbers and create larger values.
Step 2 — Slide the Tiles
Use your controls to slide all tiles in one direction — up, down, left, or right. Every tile moves as far as possible in that direction until it hits another tile or the edge of the board.

Step 3 — Merge Matching Numbers
When two tiles with the same number collide during a slide, they merge into one tile with double the value. For example:
2 + 2 = 4

8 + 8 = 16
And so on…
Step 4 — Plan Your Moves Carefully
Each slide adds a new random tile (2 or 4) to an empty spot on the board. The board fills up quickly, so you must think ahead. Avoid pushing tiles into corners where they become hard to merge. A single bad move can trap you with no space left.
